to incorporate the most advanced building materials, to fulfill
the customers’ needs and requests, and to ensure affordability.
Because of our company’s long-term goals, we embrace low prices, and refuse extra profit.
We provide each customer with personal consulting after
which we present a detailed price quote.We also provide the opportunity to reduce the below mentioned average costs:
customers can take over certain phases of the construction and/or use custom building materials.
Our basic service includes custom design and planning,
acquiring required building permits, foundation, etc.
Our quality is well illustrated by the Exkluziv technical
parameters, which include a 260 mm thick external wall with
150+80 mm insulation, hollow air-gap (optional), 165 mm thick
divisions, 150 mm roof insulation, the generous 60+10 cm eaves,
wooden or steel-reinforced plastic windows k=1,4 (3 chamber version),
and name-brand equipment such as a Vaillant or Saunier Duval furnace,
Lindab gutter, etc. (details in technical description).
OurStandard make also contains rather robust
walls with 120+60 mm insulation. In addition, it satisfies the ÉME
qualifications (this guarantees specific qualitative and technical
basics, which is absolutely necessary for acquiring building permits).
