2. Foundation, bare basement (according to needs)
To meet static regulations, the foundation will be constructed as a foundation wall, base slab with a steel net (flat surface, with a soil quality of 2-4). Professional implementation, excluding soil-structure analysis and soil-change.

3. Exterior walls
We deliver factory-made panels with excellent insulation (with double layer sheeting). Assembly is on location (fastened to footing beam with screw anchors).
Width of walls:
    from ca. 200 mm, k = ca. 0,24 W/m2 K
    to ca. 260 mm, k = ca. 0,19 W/m2 K

4. Interior walls
We deliver factory-made panels with interior insulation (with double layer sheeting). Assembly is on location (fastened to footing beam with screw anchors).
    Width of walls: from ca. 100 mm to ca. 170 mm

5. Attic, roof
We deliver trusses treated with environmentally friendly wood treatment, prefab roofing, or custom structures. It is assembled on location.
Massive girderage, in accordance with static regulations.

6. External doors and windows
Name-brand wooden or plastic steel-frame reinforced doors and windows, according to needs.

7. Chimney (Schiedel) (Schiedel) (if needed, extra charge)
Gas heating does not require a chimney, the furnace uses a wall- or roof-mounted, dual layer duct accessory.

8. Windowsill
Personalized according to needs.

10. Electrical wiring
Grounding, electric shock protection, development of circuitry. Installation of fuse cartridge. Appropriate quality and quantity of wiring, based on the type of building.

11. Completion and heat- and noise insulation of ceiling
Appropriate quality and quantity, based on the type of building.

12. Stairs (in case of loft)
Installation of 60x110 cm stairs.

Under floor heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology available at extra cost.

14. Water
Installation of water- and sewage pipes, according to needs.

15. Gas
The gas pipes are installed from the meter (if there is one in the building) to the furnace.
(Connection to external utilities – water, gas, sewage – is available at extra cost.)

16. Base slab

Ground floor:
    Base slab
    pipes and conduits (based on preliminary mechanical plans)
    1 layer of insulation boards
    heat-insulation

Attic:
    Floor slab
    Technological insulation (PE foil)

17. Covering work, covering materials
The buyer chooses the covering materials on the ground level and in the loft:

18. Installation of sanitary block
Appropriate quality and quantity, based on the type of building.

19. Painting- and wallpapering work
   Interior/exterior coating with chosen color.
   Smoothing and 2 part emulsion painting in pastel color. (other colors available at extra cost)

20. Inside doors
Wooden or plastic, no door-sill. Choice of style and design.

21. Electrical outfitting
    Installation of white, Prodax brand switches and outlets.
    Verification of shock-protection and preparation of appropriate report.
